Mediation

Mediation a cost-effective and predictable path to the goal

Mediation is a process in which the parties who are involved in a conflict develop a mutually acceptable solution under the guidance of one of our mediators.

In mediation, all parties "sit at one table" to negotiate and consult together with the support of a mediator. Solutions found in mediation are tailored to the needs, interests and the situation of the involved parties. This simplifies the implementation into practice. Mediation can help to avoid long legal battles, high costs and a saves lot of human energy. One works result- and solution-oriented because in the end concrete realistic solutions are expected which are legally and financially covered. All needs and interests of the parties should come into their own.

Since all sides are taken into account, viable and promising agreements are archieved.
